Primavera Series

The Primavera Series are available with either a 24" or 28" internal cooking floor. Both ovens can be set-up on a patio without specialized tools or equipment. While they are smaller and lighter than the Toscana Series ovens, the Primavera ovens provide an authentic Italian wood-fired cooking experience.

Artigiano Series

Handmade true pizza oven. Includes oven dome, cooking floor, vent, steel door, 3 x 1" woven ceramic insulating blanket, and 2" ceramic oven floor insulation. A special and unique brick oven, made by a small group of artisans in Tuscany, Italy. The oven is built as a single-piece dome, with sectional floor tiles. The Artigiano is Italy's finest pizza oven. Oven tools not included.

Premio series

Premium pizza oven kit for the home and garden. Includes everything you need to assemble a professional-grade wood oven, including 3" refractory dome and vent, firebrick tile cooking floor, 4" (4 x 1") ceramic blanket dome insulation, 3" ceramic board floor insulation, high temp mortar, 8" x 24" stainless steel chimney with rain cap, insulated steel door and thermometer. Oven tools not included. Superior heat retention for high throughput pizza and hearth bread baking. Professional wood-fired cooking at home.

Napoli

Napoli series are fully assembled, fully insulated, tile commercial wood pizza oven. Ready to fire and cook. State-of-the-art refractories and insulation ensure efficient and high throughput cooking, fast heat up times and low fuel consumption. Oven tools and stand optional.

Modena2G120

Modena2G120 48" gas with gas/wood combo modular oven kit. Includes the oven dome, floor, vent, door, thermometer, dome and floor insulation, mortar, burner and electronic controls. High efficiency burner with electronic temperature controls. State-of-the-art refractories and insulation ensure efficient and high throughput cooking, fast heat up times and low fuel consumption. Can cook seven pizzas at a time, or 70-100 per hour.

Modena2G140

Modena2G140 56" fully assembled and fully insulated commercial wood pizza oven. Ready to fire and cook. State-of-the-art refractories and insulation ensure efficient and high throughput cooking, fast heat up times and low fuel consumption. Can cook ten pizzas at a time, or 100-120 per hour.

Toscana 80

A fully-assembled 32" pizza oven finished in traditional Mediterranean Igloo shape with chimney, oven door, brick arch and oven landing. Stand optional. The perfect choice for homeowners who do not want to manage the site-installation process, who want to get started right away with their pizza oven, or who might want to take their oven with them when they move. Cooks 1-2 pizzas at a time, or 2-3 platters, for chicken, vegetables or grilling. Oven tools not included.

Casa Series

The popular Casa ovens are available in 4 sizes, give us a call to help you choose the right one. Includes everything you need to assemble a professional-grade wood oven, including refractory dome and vent, firebrick tile cooking floor, Ceramic blanket dome insulation, 2" ceramic board floor insulation, high temp mortar, 6" x 24" stainless steel chimney with rain cap, steel door and thermometer. Cucina 80 oven stand

Modular oven stand for the Casa2G80/Toscana80. A lightweight and easy-to-install alternative to concrete block stand construction for a "built-in" look. The Calore2G Series fireplace kits provide both homeowners and professional builders with an easy-to-install alternative to a traditional site-built fireplace. The Calore2G fireplace kits are lined with firebrick to provide an authentic, hand-made look, at a fraction of the cost and time. Unlike a metal fireplace kit lined with imitation brick panels, the Calore2G uses real firebricks and will never rust or wear out.
